What does Timematrix track?

Our software lets Project Managers and HR manage employees and projects from the office, and lets your supervisors enter data from where they are the most effective, the field.

Supervisors enter data such as start time, end time, hours worked, and bid item they worked against. Additional information such as comments, vacation, illness or tardiness can also be tracked and used for reporting.

The equipment timesheet lets supervisors track the usage and downtime of equipment, machinery or tools which have been used for a job agsinst a bid item. This data can be used billing, cost assignment and scheduling.

The material usage screen lets supervisors track the consumption of materials while they are in the field and directly when materials are installed or consumed. This gives Project Managers the ability to understand cost allocation.
